Experience the therapeutic power of art making! You will have the opportunity to create a mystery drawing with white oil pastel that is not revealed until bright watercolors are added on top! This art process builds self-esteem and ego strength and activates the reward center of your brain!
Jo Anne Yada, AKA Ms. Y., is an arts educator in the East Bay Area. She teaches kindergarteners pop culture and art for The Alameda Music Project after school program.
Fei Ouyang will lead a collaborative painting activities for kids to work together and make something beautiful.
